Shipping your package

Parcels are usually dispatched within 24 to 48 hours after receipt of payment. Orders are prepared by our logistics center.

Then parcels are shipped by DPD France with a tracking number and delivered with signature. Important orders are shipped in pallets by a private carrier. Whatever the chosen delivery method, we send you a link to track your package online.

Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage. The preparation costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary according to the total weight of the package. We recommend that you group all your articles in one order. We can not combine two orders placed separately and shipping charges apply to each.

Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile items. The dimensions of the boxes are appropriate and your items are properly protected.


Returns and the right or retraction

In conformity with article L.121-20 of the consumers code, the Buyer has the legal right of retraction without motive or justification up to fourteen (14) working days as of the date of reception of the order.

For returns/exchanges originating from countries outside the UE, the Buyer must clearly indicate on the customs shipping form that it is a non commercial shipping and the value of the merchandise should not be indicated.

How do I get a refund or exchange?

Follow our easy 6 steps guide:
• Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of purchase;
• Tags must still be attached;
• Product(s) must be returned in original condition, unworn and in original packaging;
• Please email letting us know what you are returning and why; 
• Send the item to the following address: Transports Toussaint / anadeo Kewlwork, ZA Nord, rue des Antonims, 78660 Ablis France ;
• You will then be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.

All successfully returned items will be credited to the account used to originally purchase the items with a maximum delay of twenty-five (25) days from the date of reception by Anadeo of the returned items. We cannot refund the original or return shipping charges.
